<br />THIS ASSIGIVMENT is made this 28th day of July, 2012 by and between Dawn M. Peard,1710

<br />Columbia Circle, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801(hereinafter referred to as "Assignor" or "Peard") and
<br />Pathway Bank whose principal office is located at 306 South High Street, P.0 Box 428, Cairo, Nebraska
<br />68824 (hereinafter referred to as "Assignee").
<br />W ITN ESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, Assignor purchased certain property with the street address of 1505 West Koenig
<br />Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68801 and the legal description of Lot One (1), Block Twenty-Two (22),
<br />Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (hereinafter referred to as
<br />the "Property"); and
<br />WHEREAS, Assignor received a loan of money from the Assignee to purchase the Property and
<br />signed Commercial Promissory Note No. 11085. Assignor conveyed a deed of trust in the Properly to
<br />the Assignee as security for repayment of the loan. The deed of trust was filed in the Register of Deeds
<br />Office for Hall County, Nebraska on January 17, 2008 as Instrument No. 0200800436; and
<br />WHEREAS, Assignor subsequently sold the Property to Jaime and Kenya Sanroman (hereinafter
<br />referred to as "Sanroman") and conveyed the Property to Sanroman by warranty deed dated May 15,
<br />2008 and filed in the Register of Deeds O�ce for Hall County, Nebraska on May 16, 2008 as Instrument
<br />No. 0200804262. Sanroman borrowed the money from Peard to purchase the Properly and signed a
<br />note. Sanroman secured the note by conveying a deed of trust in the Property to Peard (hereinafter
<br />referred to as the "Sanroman Deed of Trust"). The Sanroman Deed of Trust was filed in the Register of
<br />Deeds O�ce for Hall County, Nebraska on May 16, 2008 as Instrument No. 0200804263; and
<br />WHEREAS, Assignor now desires to assign her interest in the note and the Sanroman Deed of
<br />Trust to the Assignee along with all other contracts, obligations or interests she may have in the
<br />Properly;
<br />NOW THEREFORE,
<br />IN CONSIDERATION OF One Dollar ($1.00) AND FOR OTHER VALUE RECEIVED, Assignor hereby
<br />assigns and otherwise transfers to Assignee all rights, title and interest held by Assignor in and to the
<br />note and Sanroman Deed of Trust being more particularly described as follows:
<br />The deed of trust filed in the Register of Deeds Office for Hall County, Nebraska on May 16, 2008 as
<br />Instrument No. 0200804263 conveying certain properly with the street address of 1505 West Koenig
<br />Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68801 and the legal description of Lot One (1), Block Twenty-Two (22),
<br />Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />A. Assignment. Assignor has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, conveyed and transferred, and
<br />by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, assign, convey and transfer unto Assignee, its successors and
<br />assigns, forever all of her right, title and interest in, to and under the note and Sanroman Deed of Trust
<br />described above, together with any and all rights, interests and appurtenances thereto belonging;
<br />subject only to any right and equity of redemption of Sanroman, their successors or assigns in the same.
