If the power of sale is invoked,Trnstee shatt record a ¢otice of default in each coun[y in which any part of the Property is located and shall mait copies of such notiee in the manner prescribed by Applicable Law to Borrower and to the other persons prescribed by Applicable Law. After the time reqaired by Applicable Law,'T'rustee shall give public notice of sale to the persons and in fhe manner prescribed by Applicable T.aw. Trustee,without demaud on Borrower,shali sell Yhe Property at pu6lic auction to the hig6est bidder at the time and place and under the terms designated in the notice of sale in one or more parcels and in any order Trustee determines. Trustee may pastpone sale of ail or any parcel of the Property dy puBlic announcement at the time and place of any previonsiy scheduIed sale.
