Ramos f/k/a Sarah A. <br />Carney and Estephan J. Ramos, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Raymond A.
