Green, Jr., a limited power of attorney to purchase, in her place and stead the same as if she was personally acting, certain real estate located at 2530 N. Webb Rd., Grand Island, Nebraska, also known as: A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section One (1), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6�" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section One (1), thence Northerly along and upon the East line of said Section One (1), a distance of Three Hundred Thirty (330.0) feet, to the actual point of beginning; thence Northerly along and upon the East line of said Section One (1), a distance of Eighty Two and Five Tenths (82.5) feet; thence Westerly parallel to the South line of said Section One (1), a distance of Two Hundred Sixty Four (264.0) feet; thence Southerly parallel to the East line of said Section One (1), a distance of Eighty Two and Five Tenths (82.5) feet; thence Easterly parallel to the South line of said Section One (1 }, a distance of Two Hundred Sixty Four (264.0) feet to the actual point of beginning. The undersigned further grants to her husband, Robert V.
