<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Margie K
<br />Smalley, a single person, Trustor, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation,
<br />Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated June 13, 2008 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded June 20, 2008 as
<br />Instrument Number 0200805338 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an
<br />original stated indebtedness of $75,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said
<br />beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; '
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />Fractional Lot One (1), in Fractional Block Ten (10), Kernohan and Decker's Addition and its
<br />complement, Fractional Lot One (1), in Fractional Block Four (4), of Spaulding and Gergg's
<br />Addition, both being additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska as surveyed,
<br />platted and recorded which currently has the address of 1403 W 3 Street, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68801
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
