Trastee, withoat demand on Borrower, shall sell the Property at pnblic anction to the highest bfdder at the dme and place and nnder tLe terms designated in the not3ce of sale in one or more parcels and in any order Trastee determfnes. Trnstee may postpone sale of all or any parcel of the Property by pnblfc annonncement at the tlme and place of any previously acheduled sale.
