<br />and TierOne Bank is named Trustee. The Deed of Trust was filed for record on October 27, 2006 as Instrument No.
<br />200609624 in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, conveying the properiy legally
<br />described as:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10),
<br />Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16) and Outlots
<br />A and B of Francis Second Subdivision, in the City of Crand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust identified in the above Substitution of Trustee
<br />has been paid and the current Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the current
<br />Beneficiary, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust
<br />in the above referenced premises only together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances
<br />belonging to such premises. _
