<br />Agreement/Deed of Trust with Assignmet�t of Rents and Security Agreement, executed by The Meadows Apartment
<br />Homes, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, as Trustor(s), in which TierOne Bank, is named Beneficiary
<br />and TierOne Bank is named Trustee. The Deed of Trust was filed for record on October 3 l, 2003 as Instrument No.
<br />200314437 in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, conveying the property legally
<br />described as:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (l0),
<br />Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), North Pointe Subdivision in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraslca.
<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Construction Security Agreement/Deed of Trust with
<br />Assignment of Rents and Security Agreernent, identified in the above Substitution of Trustee has been paid and the
<br />current Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, TI-IEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the current
<br />Beneficiary, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust
<br />in the above referenced premises only together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances
<br />belonging to such premises.
