<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Roland F Sokol and Brenda K. Sokol; as
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated the 20th day of March 2010, and recorded on the 31st day of
<br />March 2010, recorded as instrument number 0201002083 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, have both been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
