<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, executed by
<br />LITTLE B'S CORP., A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument No.
<br />99-106139 on the 17`� day of June, 1999, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached
<br />real estate described to-wit:
<br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK ONE (1), SUMMERFIELD ESTATES FOURTH
<br />SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />a/k/a 1434 Meadow Road, Grand Island, NE
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, recorded
<br />as Instrument No. 99-106139 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
