201 20594p <br />WHEREAS, on the date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of <br />Sa1e, to wit: the 29th day of June, 2012, the Trustee sold the property at public auction to <br />Sam Grimminger and Kay Crrimminger (they being the Beneficiaries), who were the only <br />and highes� ��idders fc�r the amount �awed �enenciaries 'rry said Trustor; a.nd <br />WHEREAS, the sale was conducted according to the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Notice of Default and the Notice of Sale were duly mailed by <br />registered or certified mail, with postage prepaid, to all persons who had requested notice <br />according to law or according to the Deed of Trust referenced herein; and <br />WHEREAS, the Tntstee has complied with a11 of the provisions of the Nebraska. <br />Trust Deeds Act. <br />NOW TI�REFORE, I, as the Trustee under the Deed of Trust herein referenced, <br />as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by <br />law and by the herein referenced Deed of Trust, do hereby give, grant, and convey to <br />Sazn Grimminger and Kay Grimminger, successors and assigns, the premises as aforesaid <br />sold, to wit: <br />Lot Two (2), Grimminger Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />TOGETI�R WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances <br />belonging to such premises. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Sam Grimminger and Kay <br />Grimminger, husband and wife as joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not as <br />tenants in common. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have as such herein referenced Trustee, herein <br />set my hand this °� day of July, 2012 <br />
