<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 9, 2010, and executed by Jody L. Eberhardt f/k/a/ Jody
<br />L. Henrichson an�l Chris A. Eberhardt, Wife and Husband , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank
<br />is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the o�ce of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on December 15, 2010, as Instrument No.
<br />201009347, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lots Six (6), Seven (7) and the West Fourteen (14) feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Fifty-one (51),
<br />Charles Wasmer's 3`� Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
