<br />You are hereby notified that Barbara S. Howard, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about June 2, 1997, make,
<br />execute and deliver unto United Nebraska Bank, Trustee, a Dced of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following-described
<br />real property:
<br />Lot 2, Block 77, Wheeler and Bennett's Third Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust
<br />which was recorded on June 3, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97-
<br />104316.
<br />On or about June 2, 1997, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in
<br />the Deed of Trust to Principal Residenrial Mortgage Inc., an Iowa Corporarion. The Assignment was recorded June 3, 1997, in
<br />the office of the Register of Dceds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97-104317.
<br />On or about August 15, 2003, Principal Residential Mortgage Inc., an Iowa Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br />right, ritle and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Midfirst Bank, a Federally Chartered Savings Associarion. The
<br />Assignment was recorded September 18, 2003, in the office of the Register of Dceds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 0200312482.
<br />Camille R Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed
<br />for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further norified that there has occurred a breach of an obligarion of the Trustor for which the Trust property
<br />was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were contractually due.
<br />You are further norified that if the default breach is not cured within the redemption rimeframe allowed for under the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-1001 to §76-1018), the Beneficiary has elected to and does declare the entire
<br />unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the real property described in said Dced of Trust to satisfy said obligarion.
