<br />DEED OF TRUST
<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is dated July 9, 2012, among ROGER A CLINE and ELIZABETH E CLINE;
<br />Husband and �fe ("Trustor"); Flve Points Bank, whose address is West Branch, 2009 N. Diers
<br />Ave., Grand Island, NE 68803 (referred to below sometimes as "Lender" and sometimes as
<br />"Beneficiary"); and Five Points Bank, whose address is P.O Box 1507, Grand Island, NE
<br />68802-1507 (referred to below as "Trustee").
<br />CONVEYANCE AND GRANT. For valuable consideration, Trustor conveys to Trustee in trust, WITH POWER OF SALE,
<br />for tha benefit of Lender es Beneficiary, all of Trustor's right, title, and interest in and to the following described real
<br />property, together with all existing or subsequently erected or effixed buitdings, improvements and fixtures; all
<br />easementa, rights of way, end appurtenances; ell water, water rights and ditch rights (includ(ng stock in utilities with
<br />ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real pro�erty, including without
<br />limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and simitar matters, (the "Real Properly ) located in HALL
<br />County, State of Nebraska:
<br />The Northerly Twenty (20) Feet of Lot Ton (10) and ail of Lot Eleven (11), in Reuting's
<br />Second Subdivision being a part of the Southwest O,uarter (SW7/4) of Section Twenty-four
<br />(24), Township Eleven (17) North, Range Ten (101, West of the Sixth (6th) P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1708 JERRY DR, GRAND ISLAND, NE
<br />68803-5023.
<br />FUTURE ADVANCES. In addition to the Note, this Deed of Trust secures all future advances made by Lender to Trustor
<br />whether or not the advences are made pursuant to a commitment. Specificelly, without limitation, this Deed of Trust
<br />secures, in addition to the amounts specified in the Note, all future amounts Lender in its discretion may loen to
<br />Trustor, together with all interest thereon.
<br />Trustor presently essigns to Lender (also known es Beneficiery in this Deed of Trust) all of Trustor's right, titJe, end
<br />interest in and to all present and future leases of the Property and all Rents from the Property. In addition, Trustor
<br />grants to Lender a Uniform Commercial Code security intereat in the Personal Property and Rents.
