<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on September
<br />11, 2007, as Document number 0200707835, in Book N/A, at Page N/A in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, by
<br />DARREN R. BOND, A SINGLE PERSON AND PAULA J. SORENSEN, A SINGLE PERSON, as Trustors, in
<br />which MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives
<br />notice that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, and the
<br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. You are hereby notified
<br />that because of such default, the indebtedness secwed by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of August 1, 2011, is
<br />in the amount of $92,819.72, plus interest thereafter. You aze further notified that because of such default, the
<br />undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed;
