<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated SEPTEMBER 15, 19972 and recorded SEPTEMBER
<br />15, 1997, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />97-107634 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by ROBERT T TAYLOR AND BARBARA J TAYLOR, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl
<br />D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE
<br />EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as Beneficiary, dated SEPTEMBER 15, 1977, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 97-107634, has
<br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br />described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Substitution of Trustee
