201205739 <br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE <br />Pursuant to the provisions of that certain Deed of Trust executed on 06/14/2004, by Ricardo L <br />Amador, a single person, 519 E. 12th Street, Grand Island, NE 68801, as Trustor, to Commercial Federal <br />Bank, A Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, <br />Inc., solely as nominee for Commercial Federal Bank, as Beneficiary, recorded on 06/18/2004 as <br />Instrument No. 0200406093, in the office of the Hall County Recorder of Hall County, NE; to secure an <br />obligation under a Promissory Note in the amount of $55,200.00; and assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. <br />by Assignment dated 05/03/2012. The undersigned, as present holder of the Note, does hereby remove <br />Commercial Federal Bank, A Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee and does, pursuant to the terms of the <br />Deed of Trust, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who may have been previously <br />appointed in place of the original Trustee, and does hereby appoint and substitute Eric Lemp, Trustee, <br />NSBA# 24096, of 12400 Olive Blvd., Suite 555, St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri, to serve, effective <br />immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to replace the Trustee of Record. Said <br />Substitute Trustee is qualified to serve as Trustee under the laws of this state. <br />The undersigned hereby revokes all other substitutions of trustee which it may have executed, <br />appointed or filed in the past, giving and granting to said Substitute Trustee all the powers, duties and <br />authority of the discharged Trustee, and hereby ratifying all acts of said Substitute Trustee heretofore or <br />hereafter performed.
