Dibbern, husband and <br />wife; whose address is 15700 West Schimmer Drive, Wood River, Nebraska 68883, by Preface to Deed <br />of Trust and Deed of Trust, da.ted the 1 st day of October, 1996, and duly recorded in the office of the <br />County Clerk of the County of Hall, in the 5tate of Nebraska, on the 30th day of October, 1996, in <br />Document No. 96-108523, of the records in said office conveyed to Bruce I. Smitti, as Trustee, the <br />following real estate described in said Deed of Trust to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned <br />therein: <br />See attached Legal Description — Exhibit A <br />And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said trust have been fully satisfied; <br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company the legal holder of the <br />indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and in considera.tion of the premises, and in further <br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby aclrnowledged, <br />I, as Trustee, do hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the present owner or owners of said real estate <br />and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title and interest <br />which I ha.ve under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real estate in said Deed of Tnist <br />particularly described, reference to wbich is hereby made for greater certainty. <br />To Iiave And To Hold The S�me, together with all and singulaz the privileges and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging forever.
