<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 6th, 2009 executed by Ron Bodie, a single person, in ,5
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was �'
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document
<br />#0200900087, on the 7�' day of July, 2009 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Part of Lot Three (3), Block Sixty Six (66), Original Town, now Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northwesterly
<br />comer of said Lot Three (3), running thence southerly on the westerly line of said lot eighty
<br />eight feet (88'), thence easterly at right angles seventeen and one-half feet (17 '/2'), running
<br />thence at right angles in a southerly direction forty four feet (44') to the alley in said block,
<br />running thence easterly at right angles on the southerly line of said lot twenty six and one-half
<br />feet (26 1/2'), thence at right angles northerly for a distance of one hundred thirty finro feet
<br />(132') to the northerly line of said lot, running thence westerly at right angles on the northerly
<br />line of said lot for a distance of forty four feet (44') to the place of beginning, together with all
<br />buildings, fixtures and improvements thereon.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 10th day of July, 2012.
