<br />DANIELSON executed a Mortgage/Deed of Trust in favor of FREEDOM LENDING
<br />LLC., which Mortgage/Deed of Trust was recorded on AUGUST 6, 2002 as Insirument
<br />0200208196, HALL County land records.
<br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
<br />LOT TEN (10), BLOCK THREE (3), PLEASANT VIEW ADDITION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLP�ND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. '
<br />4. That FREEDOM LENDING LLC. subsequently transferred its interest in the above
<br />Mortgage/Deed of Trust to OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC. by the Note
<br />endorsement as shown in Exhibit "A". The original assignment was lost or misplaced
<br />before being recorded.
