The Subordinaxing Creditor hereby consents to a subordination of its priority position to the Secured <br />Party and agrees that its lien in resgect to the Mortgage or De�d of Trust hereinabove described, if any, shall ai all <br />times be secondary to the extent herein provided aad subject to the lien of the Secured Pariy in respect to the <br />Collateral. <br />2. The Subordinating Creditor hereby conserns to the Debtor granting Secured Party a first lien in a11 the <br />Collateral as described above to secure indebtedness to be advanced to Debtor by Secured Party, in the original <br />principal amount of One Hundred Twerny Thousand Four Hundred and 00i100ths Dollars ($120,400.00), recorded <br />in the office of the Hall Coumy Register of Deeds on the � day of ���„� � , 2U 12, as <br />Documern No. �e ao �. �'t . <br />3.
