Kvols, it's authorized ofticer, as trustee under the <br />Trust Deed dated 04/24/2009 and recorded on 05/08/2009, recorded as Instrument # 0200903565; executed <br />by Grant A. Carlson, a Sinale Individual, as trustors ln which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as <br />beneflciary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Offlce of the Reglster of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska <br />has received from Plnnacle Bank, the beneticiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reclting that all <br />sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully pald and that such Trust Deed and the note secured <br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, In accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deeds, the said <br />bank by and through tt's authorized offlcer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, wlthout warranty, to the <br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely Grant A.
