201205614 <br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE <br />Pursuant to the provisions of that certain Deed of Trust executed on 10/22/1996, by MARTIN <br />BUSTAMANTE AND ROSA ALICIA BUSTAMANTE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, 2104 W NORTH FRONT <br />STREET, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803, as Trustor, to NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE TRUST AND <br />SAVINGS ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, for the benefit of THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, recorded on 10/24/1996 as Instrument No. 96-108332, in the office of the <br />Hall County Recorder of Hall County, NE; to secure an obligation under a Promissory Note in the amount of <br />$43,900.00; and assigned to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. by Assignment dated 08/01/2000. The <br />undersigned, as present holder of the Note, does hereby remove NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE <br />TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION, as Trustee and does, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust, <br />hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who may have been previously appointed in place of the <br />original Trustee, and does hereby appoint and substitute Eric Lemp, Trustee, NSBA# 24096, of 12400 Olive <br />Blvd., Suite 555, St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri, to serve, effective immediately, as Substitute Trustee <br />in the Deed of Trust, and to replace the Trustee of Record. Said Substitute Trustee is qualified to serve as <br />Trustee under the laws of this state. <br />The undersigned hereby revokes all other substitutions of trustee which it may have executed, <br />appointed or filed in the past, giving and granting to said Substitute Trustee all the powers, duties and authority <br />of the discharged Trustee, and hereby ratifying all acts of said Substitute Trustee heretofore or hereafter <br />performed.
