201205485 <br />Section 5. Temporary Structure. No trailer, basement, tent, shack, garage, <br />bar or other outbuilding shall, at any time be used for human habitation, temporarily or <br />permanently; nor sha11 any structure of a temporary character be used for human <br />habitation. Provided, however, nothing contained herein shall restrict Declarant or its <br />assigns from locating, constructing or moving a temporary real estate and/or construction <br />office on any building site in the Properties to be used during the period of the <br />construction and sale of the Properties. Declarant or its assigns may also erect and <br />maintain model homes for sales purposes and rental and lease purposes, and may operate <br />such office or offices therein for so long as they deem necessary for the purposes of <br />selling, renting or leasing the Properties. ' <br />Section 6. Gardens. No vegetable gardens shall be allowed on any lot in <br />the Properties except for areas not exceeding 80 square feet and located within the <br />boundaries of each lot (Lots 14 through 21, inclusive of Larue Subdivision in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska). All gardens are to be well-maintained and sha11 <br />be kept free of weeds at all times. The Board of Directors may establish and revise from <br />time to time rules and regulations limiting the kind and level of maintenance of such <br />gardens. � <br />Section 7. Antennas. No antennas shall be erected on the outside of any <br />resident or on the property in the Properties without prior approval of the Association. <br />Satellite dishes shall not be erected or placed on any lot in the Properties without prior <br />approval of the Association. <br />Section 8. Vehicle Maintenance. No one shall fix or repair vehicles on <br />any property in the Properties, except minor routine repairs of vehicles owned by the <br />resident of each lot within the Properties. The Board of Directors may establish and <br />revise from tirne to time rules and regulations pertaining to the fixing or repairing of any <br />vehicles. <br />Section 9. Vehicles. No trucks, trailers, boat, motor homes, campers, <br />equipment or machinery or cars not in daily use shall ever be parked, located or otherwise <br />maintained on any Lot, parking areas, street, or Common Area in the Properties, except in <br />cases of emergency due to breakdown or accident. <br />Section 10. Stora�e/Placement of Items. No garbage cans, wood piles, or <br />clotheslines or clothes hangers may be placed on any Lot constructed or used unless <br />completely concealed from view from any adjoining Lot and unless they are located only <br />by the private patio approved by the Association. <br />Section 11. Garage Doors. Garage doors shall remain closed at all times <br />except when being used for movement of vehicles or other items in and out of such <br />structure. <br />ARTICLE VII <br />INSURANCE <br />Section 1. Insurance. Since there are no common areas owned by the <br />Association, the Association shall not purchase insurance on the Properties. <br />Section 2. Additional Insurance. Each Lot owner shall be responsible for <br />and may obtain insurance, at his expense, for his own benefit insuring the improvements <br />upon each Lot. � <br />ARTICLE VIII <br />GENERAL PROVISION <br />Section 1.
