<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />Whereas, the undersigned, Pinnacle Bank, Aurora, Nebraska, as Trustee under the
<br />Deed of Trust Dated November 8. 2011 executed by Jason D. 5mith and Angela R.
<br />Smith, Husband and Wife, Trustor(s), in which Pinnacle Bank, Aurora, Nebraska, is
<br />named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded December 22,
<br />2011, as Instr4ment No. 201109604, in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />Coun , Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
