<br />DONIPRAN, Trustee and Beneficiary, and Equitable Bank, which has a principal place of business in Hall County,

<br />The parties recite and declare that:
<br />A BAND OF DONIPHAN, BENEFICIARY is the owner and holder of a certain Trust Deed dated
<br />Jaunary 31, 2011, and filed in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County on February 8, 2011, as Document No.
<br />201101055 of that County, covering, the following described property:
<br />LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK SIX (6), REPLAT OF RIVERSIDE ACRES, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />B. LENDER is about to loan the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY TWO THOUSAND AND
<br />NO1100 ($142,000.00) on a Note and Deed ofTrust securing such Note to be filed against the above described
<br />property_
<br />C. To induce LENDER to make such loan, it is necessary that the Trust Deed held by BAND OF
<br />DONIPHAN, described in Section A above, be subordinated to the lien of the Deed of Trust about to be made in
<br />favor of the LENDER as beneficiary as set forth above, as it applies to the above described property only_
<br />For the reasons set forth above, and consideration of the mutual covenants and promises of the parties
<br />hereto, BAND OF DONIPHAN, Trustee and Beneficiary, and LENDER, covenant and agree as follows:
<br />1: Subordination. BANK OF DONIPHAN hereby covenants, consents and agrees with
<br />LENDER that the above-mentioned Trust Deed is and shall continue to be subject to and subordinate in
<br />hien to the lien of the Deed ofTrust about to be made to LENDER stated above.
<br />2. Consideration. In consideration of BANK OF DONIPHAN, TRUSTEE AND
<br />BENEFICIARY so subordinating the Trust Deed held by it to the Deed ofTrust made to LENDER,
<br />LENDER shall make the above described loan to ANDRE+. W W MARSH AND ERIN A MARSH,
