<br />BENEFICIARY named therein, dated August 13. 2010 and recorded on August 17, 2010 in the office of the

<br />of Mortgage Records, has been discharged, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release, quitclaim and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to said Trust
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the property legally described as follows:
