<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Richard Frazer Raffaeli and Jennah M Raffaeli;
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated the 17th day of June 2011, and recorded on the 20 day of
<br />June 2011, recorded as instrument number 0201104604 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, have both been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
