Perkins-Bailey, a single <br />person, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto Gerald P. Dunn and Brenda D.
