<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That I, Richard E. Davis, a resident of the City of Grand Island, Couniy of Hail, State of
<br />Nebraska, do heretiy appoint my wife, Audrey S. Davis, of the County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, my son, John T. Davis, of the County of Lancaster, State of Nebraska, and my
<br />daughter, Dianne Ziller, of the County of Howard, State of Nebraska, as my attorr+eys-in-fact,
<br />AND ANY OF THEM, to do for me arnd in my name, place and stead:
<br />a) To ask, demand, sue for, collect, recover and receive all manner, goods, chattels, sums
<br />of money, rents, debts, accounts, interest, dividends, Socia! Security benefifis, and
<br />annuities payable to me, and to take all lawFui ways and means in my name for the
<br />recovery thereof;
<br />b) To sign or endorse all checks, to make investments, and to deposifi and withdraw in my
<br />name all checks, notes, dratts, agreements, and all other instruments of wrhatsoever
<br />nature, and. to deposit the same in any bank account, and to deposit and withdraw the
<br />same from any bank account, or any other accounts;
<br />c) To buy, sell, lease, exchang.e, and deal in and with any real estate or personal property,
<br />and to sign all contracts, deeds, leases, deeds of trust, promissory notes, security
<br />agreements, proxies, mortgages and mortgage releases in connection therewith;
<br />d) To take possession of all of my property, real and personal, and manage the same on
<br />my behalf, and to enter into any safety deposit box;
<br />e) To commence and prosecute on my behalf, aff suits or actions or other legal
<br />proceedings, for the recovery of damages, real estate or personal properly of
<br />whatsoever type and nature, which is now due or shall become due, and to discontinue
<br />the same;
<br />f� To sign all income tax retums, forms,. schedules, estimates, and any other documents
<br />of whatsoever iype and nature necessary to comply with the rules and regulations of
<br />the Intemal Revenue Service, the laws of the United States of America, and the laws of
<br />the State of Nebraska;
<br />g) To take all steps necessary and proper for the conduct and management of my
<br />business affairs, and to generally transact a!I and every kind of business of whatsoever
<br />k�nd and nature;
<br />h) My Attorney in fact is also my Personal Representative within the meaning of the Health
<br />lnsurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Accordingly, they have
<br />the right to request, receive and review any information, verbal or written regarding my
