<br />DURABLE GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That I, Audrey S. Davis, a resident of the City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, do hereby appoint my husband, Richard E. Davis, of the County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, my son, John T. Davis, of the County of Lancaster, State of Nebraska, and my
<br />daughter, Dianne Zi(ler, of the County of Howard, State of Nebraska, as my attomeys-in-
<br />fact, AND ANY OF THEM, to do for me and in my name, place and stead:
<br />a) To ask, demand, sue for, collect, recover and receive all manner, goods, chattels,
<br />sums of money, rents, debts, accounts, interest, dividends, Social Securifiy benefits,
<br />and annuities payable to me, and to take al! lawFul ways and means in my name for
<br />the recovery thereaf;
<br />b) To sign or endorse all checks, to make investments, and to deposit and withdraw in
<br />my name all checks, notes, drafts, agreements, and all other instruments of
<br />whatsoever nature, and to deposit the same in any bank account, and to deposit and
<br />vvithdraw the same fram any bank account, or any other accounts;
<br />c) To buy, sell, lease, exchange, and deal in and with any real estate or personal
<br />property, and to sign all contracts, deeds, leases, deeds of trust, promissory notes,
<br />security agreements, proxies, mortgages and mortgage releases in connect'ton
<br />therewifih;
<br />d) To take possession of all of my property, real and personal, and manage the same
<br />on my behalf, and to enfier into any safety deposit box;
<br />e) To commence and prosecute on my behalf, all suits or actions or other legal
<br />proceedings, for the recovery of damages, real estate or personal property of '
<br />wF�atsoever type and nature, which is now due or shall become due, and to
<br />discontinue the same;
<br />f� To sign all income tax returrrs, forms, schedules, estimates, and any other
<br />documents of whatsoever type and nature necessaty to camply with the rules and
<br />regulations of the Intemal Revenue Service, the laws of the United States of
<br />Ame�ica, and the laws of the State of Nebraska;
<br />g) To take a!I steps necessary and proper for the conduct and management of my
<br />business affairs, and to generally transact all and every kind of business of
<br />whatsoever kind and nature;
<br />h) My Attorr�ey in fact is also my Personal Representative within �Ehe meaning of the
<br />Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Accordingly,
