NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that Mark A. Davis, and Mary E. Davis, Husband and
<br />Wife, as Trustor(s), did on or about December 26, 2005, make, execute and deliver unto
<br />Industry Partners (NE Loans Only), Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor
<br />conveyed the following -described real property:
<br />LOT THREE (3), HOLCOMB'S HIGHWAY HOMES SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE
<br />RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
<br />Commonly known as: 505 W Stolley Park Road, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems Inc,. as nominee for Wilmington Finance, A Division Of AIG
<br />Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on January
<br />10, 2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document
<br />No. 0200600236.
<br />Said Deed of Trust has been assigned to DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL
<br />TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee under POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT
<br />Dated as of May 1, 2006 MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST
<br />SERIES 2006-3, current beneficiary.
<br />Michael E. Boyd, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee,
<br />pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />BE FURTHER NOTIFIED that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of
<br />the Trustor for which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor
<br />has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were contractually due.
