<br />(I� "Community Association Dues, F�s, and Assessments" means all dues, fees, assessments and other
<br />charges that are imposed on Borrower or the Praparty by a condominium association, homeowners association or
<br />sirnilar organization.
<br />(L) ��Electroaic Funds Transfer" means any transfer of funds, other thaa a transaction originated by check,
<br />draft, or similar paper instrument, which is initiated through an electronic terminal, telephonic instnunent,
<br />computer, or magnetic tape so as to order, instruct, or authorize a financial insritution to debit or credit an
<br />account. Such term includes, but is not limited to, point of-sale transfers, automated teller machina transactions,
<br />transfers initiated by telephone, wire transfers, and automated clr�ringhouse transfers.
<br />(M� "Escrow Items" me,ans those items that are described in Section 3.
<br />(N) "Miscellaneous Proceeds" means any compensation, settlemen� award of damages, or proceeds paid by amy
<br />third pariy (other than insvrance proceeds paid under the coverages describad in Section 5) for: (i) damage to, or
<br />destruction o� the Property; (ri) condemnation or other talang of all or any part of the Property; (rii) conveyance
<br />in lieu of conde�ation; or (iv) misrepresentations o� or omissions as to, the value and/or conditioa of the

<br />(0) "Mortgage Insurance" means insurance protecting Lender against the nonpay�nt o� or default om, the

<br />(P) "Periodic Payment" means the regularly scheduled amoumt due for (i) principal and intarast under the Note,
<br />plus {ii} any amounts under Section 3 of this Security Instrumen�
