201205124 RESOLUTION #12-�� A RESOLUTION TO VACATE THE PLAT FOR BELLAMY'S SECOND SUBDIVISION AND THOSE PORTIONS OF OUTLOT "B" OF BELLAMY'S FIRST SUBDIVISION DESCRIBED BELOW EXCEPT FOR ALL THE DEDICATED RIGHT-OF-WAY, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE RECORDING OF THIS RESOLUTION IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA : ��I�.��Y�lrl�I�� 1. That the plat dated January 8, 2008 and approved by the County Boatd of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska on January 8, 2008 for Bellamy's Second Subdivision, is hereby vacated, but subject to the re-dedication of the easements, if any, for the location, construction and maintenance of public utilities forever. 2. That those portions of Outlot "B" (of Bellamy's First Sub) adjacent and contiguous with the lots platted with Bellamy's Second Subdivision as shown on the plat dated May 17, 2005 is hereby, vacated. 3. That the title to the property being vacated by Section 1 and Section2 of this Resolution shall revert to the owner or owners of the real estate. 4. That this Resolution shall be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. 5. That any resolution or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be, and hereby are, repealed.
