<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Jones National Bank and Trust Company of Seward,
<br />Nebraska ("Assignor") for good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by West Gate Bank, its
<br />`� successors and/or assigns, 6003 Old Cheney Road, Lincoln, NE 68516 ("Assignee"), the receipt of which
<br />consideration is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer, and set over unto Assignee all its
<br />� right, title, and interest as Bene�ciary under and in and to that certain Deed of Trust dated June 22,
<br />2012, by and between, Megan E Larkins, a single person, as Trustor, Jones National Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Seward, Nebraska, as Beneficiary, and West Gate Bank, its successors and/or assigns,
<br />6003 Old Cheney Road, Lincoln, NE 68516 as Trustee, covering the following described real property, to-

<br />The Southerly Twenty Four and One Half Feet (S 24 %Z ) of Lot Sixteen (16), All of Lot Seventeen (17)
<br />excepting therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded
<br />as Document No. 77-001367, of County Subdivision of Section Five (5), Township Nine (9) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., Hall county, Nebraska
<br />And �iled for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the
<br />�a day of ��.� Pa 2012, and appearing of record at ��l ���7 �
<br />. together with the note(s) and indebtedness, without recourse,
<br />described in and secured by the instrument aforesaid and all sums due or to become due there under.
