<br />CORRECTIVE TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that GREGORY L. GALLES, is the
<br />Successor Trustee under a Deed of Trust executed June 25, 2007, by TRAVIS J. TAGEL, a single person,
<br />Trustor, in favor of TIERONE BANK, as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on June 27, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007-05413,
<br />of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original
<br />Beneficiary, TIERONE BANK to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of an Assignment
<br />dated June 29, 2007, and filed for record on August 31, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007-07514 of the Mortgage
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee,
<br />replacing U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />January 27, 2012 as Instrument No. 2012-00702. GREGORY L. GALLES, Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the sum of Seventy-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty and 62/100 Dollars
<br />($76,860.62) and other good and valuable consideration received from "Fannie Mae a/k/a Federal
<br />National Mortgage Association", does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />"Fannie Mae a/k/a Federal National Mortgage Association, (hereinafter "Grantee" where
<br />appropriate), the following-described real property in Hall County, Nebraska, to wit:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK TWENTY-EIGHT (28), GILBERT'S THIRD ADDITION TO TI� CIT'Y
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />to have and to hold the above-described premises together with a11 tenements, hereditaments and F.
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever.
<br />Grantor does hereby covenant with Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns:
<br />1. That TRAVIS J. TAGEL, a single person, as Trustor, failed to pay to Beneficiary payments
<br />which were contractually due, and the Grantor, at the request of the Beneficiary, elected to
<br />declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once
<br />immediately due and payable.
<br />2. That TRAVIS J. TAGEL filed his Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Petition on October 21, 2010 and
<br />U.S. Bank National Association obtained relief from the Bankruptcy Stay on October 24,
<br />2011. A copy of said Order is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A".
<br />3. That a Notice of Default as required by § 76-1006 was filed by Grantor on January 27, 2012,
<br />as Instrument No. 2012-00703 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. A copy of said Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to
<br />notice, pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with § 76-1008, R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />4. That the Trustor failed to cure the default referenced in the Notice of Default within 30 days
<br />after filing of the Notice of Default.

<br />5. That a Notice of Trustee's Sale was filed by Grantor on March 12, 2012, as Instrument No.
<br />2012-01884 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. A copy of said
<br />Notice of the time and place of the sale was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice
<br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with § 76-1008, R.R.S. Nebraska.
