201204986 <br />(�) T6e Indez <br />Beginning with the first Change Date, my adju�table interest rate will be <br />based on an Index. The "Index" is the weekly average yield on United Sta.tes <br />Treasury securities adjusted to a constant maiurity on year, as made ava.ilable by <br />the Federal Res�rve Board The most recent Index figure available as of the <br />date 45 days before each Change Date is called the "Current Index.". <br />If the Index is no longer available, the Note Holder will choose a new <br />index that is based upon compazable information. The Note Holder will give <br />me notice of the choice. <br />(C) Calculation of Changes <br />Before each Change Date, the Note Holder will calculate my new interest ra.te <br />by adding 2.50% to the current Index. The Note Holder will then round the <br />result of this addition to the nearest one-eighth of one percenta.ge point <br />(0.125%). Subjeet ta the limits stated in Sectian (I3j beiow, this rounded <br />amount will be my new interest rate until the next Change Date. <br />The Note Holder will then determine the amount of the mon�ly payment <br />that would be sufficient to repay the unpaid principal that I am expected to owe <br />at the Change Date in fu11 on the Maturity Date at my new interest rate in <br />sub�ttantially equa.l payments. The result of this calculation will be the new <br />amount of my monthly payment. <br />(D) Limits on Interest Rat� Chang� <br />The interest rate I am required to pay at the first Change Date will not � greater <br />than 4.50% or less than 3.25%. Thereafter, my adjustable interest rate will <br />never be increased or decreased on any single change Date by more than 2.0% <br />from the rate of interest I have bee� paying for the preceding 12 months. My <br />interest ra.te will never be greater than 8.25%, which is call the "Maximum <br />Rate", or less than 3.25%, which is called the "Minimum Rate". <br />(E� Effective Date of Ch�nges <br />My new interest ra.te will be.�ome effective on each Change Date. I will pay the <br />amount af my new monthly payment beginning on the first manthly payment <br />date after the Change Date until the amount of my monthly payment changes <br />3. <br />4. <br />4. <br />again <br />(F) Notice of Changes <br />The Note Holder will deliver or mail to me a notice of any changes in my <br />adjustable interest rate a.nd the amount of my monthly payment before the <br />effective da.te of any change. The Notice will include information required by <br />law to be given to me and a.lso tlze title and telephone number of a person who <br />will answer any questions I ma.y ha.ve regarding the notice. <br />MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above described Deed af <br />Trust Remains at MAY 1, 2Q29. <br />C�NTINUIIeiG EFFECT. Except as specifically m�dified by this Deed of <br />Trust Modifica�on Agreemen�, all other terms and provision of this Deed of Trust <br />hereinabove identified shall remain in full force and effect. <br />EF�'ECT ON �THER SECURITY. All real estate mortgages, de�ds of trusts, <br />assignments and security agreements heretofore or concurrently herewith to be <br />granted shal� rernain in full force a�d effect to the extent �t inco�sistent wiith tlus <br />Deed af Trust Madification Agreement and shall continue as security for Borrowers <br />remaining indebtedness previously existing until such sum shall be paid, as well as <br />�ny fut�are indebtedness awing from Borrower to th� I�nder for ftxt�re adv�nces and <br />renewals ia respect to a11 sums owing from Borrower to Lender. <br />
