RESOLUTION #12- �°�G A RESOLUTION TO REMOVE A CERTAIN TRACT OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE HALL COUNTY INDUSTRIAL TRACT WHEREAS, NES. REV. STAT § 13-1121 provides for the periodic review of real properry designated as county industrial tract; and WHEREAS, pursuant to NEB. REV. STAT § 13-1121, the City of Grand Island requested the County of Hall to conduct a review of its industrial tracts; and WHEREAS, in March, 2012, the Hall County Board of Supervisors conducted such a review; and WHEREAS, as the result of said review, the Hall County Board of Supervisors determined that there was a problem with one of the tracts of real property designated as Hall County Industrial Tract; and WHEREAS, as a further result of said review, and following notice to the public and all interested parties as required by law, the Hall County Board of Supervisors conducted a public hearing on the suitability of a tract of real properry owned by Mike O'Neill and June O'Neill for industrial tract desi.gnation; and WHEREAS, following the aforesaid public hearing held on June 5, 2012, the Hall County Board of Supervisors determined that the tract of real property owned by Mike O'Neill and June O'Neill should be removed from its designation as an industrial tract area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following described real property of Mike O'Neill and June O'Neill should be and hereby is removed from the Hall County Industrial Tract, to wit: A tract of land comprising a part of Block Nine (9), South Park, (now vacated) and part of vacated Washington Street, all in the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section Twenty One (21),Township Eleven(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Block Nine (9): thence northerly along the westerly line of said Block Nine (9), a distance of Two and Ninety Two Hundredths (2.92) feet to the southerly line of the Burlington Northern Railroad: thence northeasterly along the arc of a curve whose radius is 967.43 feet (the long chord of which deflects right 76 degrees 33' 16" from the last described course), and along said railroad right-of-way line a long chord distance of One Hundred Seventeen and Seventy Five Hundredths (117.75) feet: thence deflecting left 03 degrees 09' S1" from the long chord of last described curve and rnnning northeasterly along said railroad right-of-way line, a distance of One Hundred Ninety Seven and Seventy Two Hundredths (197.72) feet to the centerline of vacated Washington Street; then southerly along said centerline, a distance of Eighty Eight and Ninety Four Hundredths (88.94) feet to the Northerly Line of Phoenix Avenue; then westerly along the northerly line of said Phoenix Avenue, a distance of Three Hundred Three and Eighty Five Hundredths (303.85) feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.263 acres more or less.
