<br />Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 3. 2009. and recorded on
<br />Februgot 6 2009 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall C unt Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 200900820, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through said Toast Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />The Easterly One -Third (E 913) of Lot Four (4), in Block Sixty --Five (65) of the Original Town, now
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
