<br />NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE

<br />Pursuant to the provisions of that certain Deed of Trust
<br />executed on October 5, 2006, by Daniel D. Beberniss, an unmarried
<br />man, as Trustor, to John S. Katelman, ESQ., as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Beneficiary, recorded on
<br />October 6, 2006, at Instr�zment No. 200608981 in the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska to secure an obligation under a Promissory
<br />Note in the amount of $69,150.00; and as assigned to HSBC Bank USA,
<br />National Association, as Trustee for Wells Fargo Home Equity
<br />Asset-Backed Securities 2006-3 Trust, Home Equity Asset-Backed
<br />Certificates, Series 2006-3 by assignment dated July 6, 2009 and
<br />recorded on July 10, 2009 at Instrument No. 200905605 in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust
<br />was further assigned to HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as
<br />Trustee for Wells Fargo Home Equity Asset-Backed Securities 2006-3
<br />Trust, Home Equity Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3 on
<br />October 26, 2011 by assignment recorded on November 1, 2011 at
<br />Instrument No. 201108156 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. The undersigned, as present holder or the
<br />authorized agent of the holder of the Note, does hereby remove John
<br />S. Katelman, ESQ., as Trustee and does pursuant to the terms of the
<br />Deed of Trust, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who
<br />may have been previously appointed in place of the original Trustee,
<br />and does hereby appoint and substitute Steffi A. Swanson, 3906 Raynor
<br />Parkway, Suite 105, Bellevue, Nebraska 68123, to serve, effective
<br />immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to
<br />replace John S. Katelman. Said Substitute Trustee is qualified to
<br />serve as Successor Trustee under the laws of this state as a member
