Diers Ava., Grand Island, NE 68803 (referred to <br />below as "Lender"). <br />ASSIGNMENT. The Properly tax identification number is 400014769. <br />FUTURE ADVANCES. In addition to the Note, this Assignment secures all future edvances made by Lender to Grentor <br />whether or not the advences are made pursuant to e commitment. Specifically, without limitetion, this Assignmant <br />secures, in addition to the emounts specified in the Note, all future amounts Lender in its discretion may loan to <br />Grentor, together with all interest thereon. <br />THIS ASSIONMENT IS GIVEN TO SECURE (1) PAYMENT OF THE INDEBTEDNESS AND (2) PERFORMANCE OF ANY <br />AND ALL OBLIGATIONS OF GRANTOR UNDER THE NOTE, THIS ASSIQNMENT, AND THE RELATED DOCUMENTS. <br />THIS ASSIGNMENT IS QIVEN AND ACCEPTED ON THE FOLLOWIN(i TERMS: <br />PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE.
