<br />WHEREAS in consideration of pa.rtial settlement of indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by s�
<br />Raymond V. Robertson and Marilyn J. Robertson, husband and wife, Trustor , to The State Bank of �.
<br />Cairo, (now known as Pathway Bank) Trustee, for the benefit of The State Bank of Cairo, (now known
<br />as Pathway Bank) the beneficiary named therein, said Trust Deed recorded Apri17, 2006 in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200603082, and WHEREAS said
<br />beneficiary has requested that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as follows:
<br />All of Lot 18 and the northerly 40 feet of Lot 17, and part of Lot 19 described as follows: Beginning at a
<br />point 62.27 feet north of the southwest corner of Lot 19, in Block 8, Original Town of Cairo, Nebraska,
<br />thence southerly along and upon the westerly line of said Lot 19, Block 8, a distance of 62.27 feet to the
<br />southwest corner of said lot, the point of beginning; thence easterly along and upon the southerly line of
<br />said Lot 19, in said Block 8 a distance of 140 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 19, Block 8, thence
<br />northerly along and upon the easterly line of said Lot 19, Block 8 a distance of 15.45 feet to the
<br />intersection with the southerly line of Highway #2, thence northwesterly along said Highway #2, to a
<br />point where said Highway #2 intersects the westerly line of said Lot 19, Block 8, thence southerly on the
<br />westerly line of said Lot 19, Block 8, to the southwest corner of said lot, and being the point of beginning,
<br />all being in Block 8, Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Part of Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Eight (8) Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />described as: Beginning at a point 30 feet north of the Southwest corner of said Lot 1 Block 8, on the
<br />westerly line of said lot, thence southerly along the westerly line of said Lots 1 and 2 of said Block 8, a
<br />distance of 70 feet, thence easterly, parallel to the southerly line of said Lot 2, Block 8, a distance of 140
<br />feet to the easterly line of said Lot 2, Block 8, to a pointl0 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot
<br />2, Block 8, thence northerly along and upon the easterly line of said Lots 2 and 1, Block 8, a distance of
<br />52.08 feet to tlae southerly right-of-way of Highway #2, thence northwesterly along the southerly right-of-
<br />way line of said Highway #2, to a point which is 30 feet northerly from the southerly line of said Lot 1,
<br />Block 8, thence continuirig westerly, 30 feet from the southerly line of said Lot 1, Block 8 to the point of
<br />beginning;
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance, at
