<br />WHEREAS, all of tlle indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, LEE C �
<br />NIELSEN AND CHERYL L NIELSEN, husband and wife, Triistor, and Central National �'p� d
<br />Bank as Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated September 23, 2004, and recorded
<br />on September 29, 2004, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrtiment Number 200409617 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />wan•anty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Tnistee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
