<br />WHEREAS, all of the indeUtedness secured by the Deed of Tnist made among, JAMES L �; � 0
<br />KOENIG, a single person, Trustor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and Five Points Bank
<br />as Beneficiary, dated January 26, 2001, and recorded on February 1, 2001, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200100797 has been paid;

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
