<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Tnist made among, GREG �,
<br />KESLAR AND MARY F KESLAR F/K/A MARY F OSTDIEK, husband and wife, Trustor,
<br />and Central National Bank as Trustee and Five Points Banlc as Beneficiary, dated December 28,
<br />2001, and recorded on January 4, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />NeUraska, as Instrument Number 200200149 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the persoii or persons entitled tllereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />wan to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Tntstee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
