<br />MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, in an action found in Case No. CI 10-1355 in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., is the
<br />plaintiff, and Tor G. Chuol and Nyayien Maluth, are the defendants, CitiMortgage,
<br />Inc., did obtain a Decree finding that there is due the plaintiff the sum of One
<br />Hundred Thirteen Thousand Seventy Six Dollars and Three Cents ($113,076.03),
<br />plus interest, escrow advances, title search costs and costs of suit; and
<br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said Decree that in default of the
<br />payment of the sum so found due by the defendants, that the appointed Master
<br />Commissioner should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be
<br />advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and
<br />WHEREAS, default in payment having been made therein, James H.
<br />Truell, Master Commissioner under and by virtue of the said Decree and the
<br />Order of Sale to him duly directed, did on October 13, 2011, inside the front door
<br />of Hall County Courthouse, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by
<br />publication once in each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper printed
<br />and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public
<br />auction to the plaintiff for the sum of One Hundred Thirteen Thousand Seventy
<br />Six Dollars and Three Cents ($113,076.03); and
<br />WHEREAS, CitiMortgage, Inc., has assigned all of its right, title, and interest
<br />in and to such bid at said sale and to the real estate described in the Order of Sale
<br />issued in the aforementioned lawsuit, to the Secretary of Housing and Urban
<br />Development, its successors and assigns; and
<br />WHEREAS such Master Commissioner's sale was afterward confirmed on
<br />January 3, 2012, and the said James H. Truell as Master Commissioner was
<br />ordered to convey said premises in fee simple title to the Secretary of Housing
<br />and Urban Development, its successors and assigns.
