<br />THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF GRAND ISLAND, in the County of Hall, in the State of
<br />Nebraska, a body corporate with powers of a corporation for public purposes, herein called
<br />GranYor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace,

<br />therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, and through a part of and through a
<br />part of Lot Twenty Nine (29), Lot Thirty (30), Lot Thirty One (31), and Lot Thirty Two (32),
<br />Block Three (3), Southern Acres Addition, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />the centerline of the twenty (20.0) foot wide utility easement and right-of-way tract being more

<br />Acres Addition, thence along the easterly line of said Lot Thirty (30) on an
