<br />OFFICE IN HALL COiJNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />UNIT 933 and 935, SOUTHEAST CROSSINGS CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIME, IN THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged ftom said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
