<br />WHEREAS, Plnnacle Bank, by and through Scott K. Kvols, lt's authorized officer, as trustee under the Trust ,�� `'� �
<br />Deed dated 03/12/2009 and recorded on 07/02/2009. recorded as Instrument # 0200905380; executed by Mar� J.
<br />Hock and Lori Hock. Husband and Wife, as trustors in which Plnnacle Bank of Central City is named as
<br />beneflclary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Offlce of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has
<br />received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneflciary thereunder, a wrltten request to reconvey, reclting that all sums
<br />secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured thereby have
<br />been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellatlon;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the sald bank by
<br />and through It's authorized ofticer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto, namely, Mar'� J. Hock and Lorf Hock. Husband and Wife, the estate now held by it
