<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE
<br />Pursuant to the provisions of that certain Deed of Trust executed on 10/01/2004, by Salvador
<br />Dominguez, a single person, 3808 E Seedling Mile Rd, Grand Island, NE 68801, as Trustor, to John W.
<br />Ilerdzina, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee
<br />for A & S Mortgage Services Corp. d/b/a Residential Mortgage Services, as Beneficiary, recorded on
<br />10/07/2004 as Instrument No. 0200409864, in the office of the Hall County Recorder of Hall County, NE;
<br />to secure an obligation under a Promissory Note in the amount of $73,400.00; and assigned to Wells
<br />Fargo Bank, National Association by Assignment dated 05/09/2011. The undersigned, as present holder
<br />of the Note, does hereby remove John W. Herdzina, as Trustee and does, pursuant to the terms of the
<br />Deed of Trust, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who may have been previously
<br />appointed in place of the original Trustee, and does hereby appoint and sub;1tute Eric Lemp, 'Trustee,
<br />NSBA# 24096, of 12400 Olive Blvd., Suite 555, St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri, to serve, effective
<br />immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to replace the Trustee of Record. Said
<br />Substitute "Trustee is qualified to serve as Trustee under the laws of this state.
<br />The undersigned hereby revokes all other substitutions of trustee which it may have executed,
<br />appointed or filed in the past, giving and grunting to said Substitute Trustee all the powers, duties and
<br />authority of the discharged Trustee, and hereby ratifying all acts of said Substitute Trustee heretofore or
<br />hereafter performed. Said Substitute Trustee shall, in accordance with the provisions of the deed of trust,
<br />succeed to all the title, powers and duties conferred upon the Original Trustee(s) by the terms of said deed
<br />of trust and by applicable law.

<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging, is located in Hall County, NE and more particularly described as
